Free cancellation
You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time for a full refund.
Within 24 hours
Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.
No-shows
Guests who do not arrive at the scheduled pickup time are considered no-shows and are not eligible for a refund.
Operator cancellations
If we cancel a tour due to weather or operational reasons, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
